Objective
This course aims to equip participants with the skills to install, commission, and troubleshoot pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems, interpret technical specifications, and use diagnostic tools for effective system maintenance.

Course Outline
- Extension of basic knowledge in FEC, including pneumatics, mechanics and electrics.
- Structured programming
- Sequence chain programming in STL
- Reading and standardizing analogue values
- Using different organizational modules
- Creating and using data modules
- Variable declaration in function modules and functions
- Use of standard and system function modules
- Use of IEC modules from the library
Outcomes
The Participant:
– Can install or replace and commissioning pneumatic , electro-pneumatic, electrical and PLC hardware components and sensors.
– Can interpret technical specifications and data relating to pneumatic, electro-pneumatic,electrical and PLC components and systems.
– Can perform software downloads and commission a complex PLC control system.
– Can use diagnostic software to assist in troubleshooting.
