COURSE OUTLINE
Extension of basic knowledge in FEC, including pneumatics, mechanics and electrics.
Structured programming
Sequence chain programming in STL
Reading and standardizing analogue values
Using different organizational modules
Creating and using data modules
Variable declaration in function modules and functions
Use of standard and system function modules
Use of IEC modules from the library
OUTCOMES
The Participant:
Can install or replace and commissioning pneumatic , electro-pneumatic, electrical and PLC hardware components and sensors.
Can interpret technical specifications and data relating to pneumatic, electro-pneumatic,electrical and PLC components and systems.
Can perform software downloads and commission a complex PLC control system.
Can use diagnostic software to assist in troubleshooting.
